  • PCEHMA (Professional Certificate in Equipment Handling for Manufacturing and Automation)

    The program is designed spesifically for Western Digitals Sdn. So that participants acquire skills and knowledge on production related to the actual production process available at production line through the entire module which covers several levels of employee groups form Line Operator, Line Leader and also Supervisor. Participants of this program have been screened at the management of Western Digitals Sdn. And only those selected based on the criteria set by the management of Western Digitals Sdn. Only will follow the program. In addition, the main goal of the programs is to improve skills and knownledge so that participantys are more competitive, skilled, and knowledgeable in their respective organizations.

    The complete package of program modules is divided into 10 modules in the categories of Manufacturing, Automation and Management. For the both firs and second groups intake 1st batch, we had 17 students who were operators from various production line domains. To deliver 10 modules, we have 8 trainers who specialize in their field and all of our trainers are TTT Certified from HRDCorp. 1 module completed in 1 day (8 hours). They were attended class once every weeks. On this basis, the entire program completed within 3 month.s. Most of the participants think that the modules that have been presented are very useful to be applied while working and the combination of theoretical and practical elements makes them better understand and master the module.
